NEW FACES AND NOSES

Congratulations to Gwen Bozeman on her new horse Smithwick. Fun fact, Smithwick participated in the George Morris clinic last Fall. Mr. Morris rode Smithwick and had a lot of great things to say about him. Gwen has been a fan of George Morris since she was a kid, and now she’s riding a horse that he rode just a couple of months ago.

TCF is also excited to welcome Maverick (Gwen’s previous horse) into our lesson program.

Congratulations to Melissa Fitzpatrick who has acquired Potter!

Welcome Marion Carroll and Albert to TCF.

Albert is a 14 year-old homebred Hanoverian gelding. Marion was riding and showing his half-sister until she tore her suspensory during turnout. Marion’s parents proposed a horse “swap.” - they would rehab her mare, and she would take one of their sale horses to see how he would do in the hunters. The plan of selling Albert quickly flew out the window and almost 5 years later, they’ve done hunters, jumpers and a bit of *very* low level eventing. She’s thrilled to be a part of the TCF family and looks forward to showing with the group in 2019!

TCF is GOING TO REGIONALS

We had a successful IEA Season and want to thank all of our volunteers for doing so much. Congratulations to our High School team for advancing to Regionals and to Raquel Bunche, Morgan Kopchinski, Riley Kopchinski, Hailey Barton, Georgia Harper, and Rachel Knoblauch for individually qualifying!

IEA Regionals are February 24th at FENCE.
